Rates

Session rates can vary. For the most part, a 50-minute individual treatment session (booked for 1 hour) is $165. The therapy modality we are using does not influence the cost of the session. The rate is tied to the amount of time we spend together. Sometimes, depending on the work we are doing together, clients may wish to book 90-minute sessions. In this case, the rate of time will remain the same, meaning a 90-minute session rate would be $247.50. Couple Counselling sessions are typically 90-minute sessions and will be billed at the same rate as an individual 90-minute session. Please note that Wild Growth Counselling has a late cancellation policy, which requires clients to provide 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This time frame provides enough space and time for the session availability to be filled. Any appointments that are cancelled or not attended will be charged at the booked session rate.

Insurance

Wild Growth Counselling does not directly bill insurance companies. The client pays through e-transfer or credit card. Once payment is received, a receipt will be emailed, which can then be submitted to an insurance provider for reimbursement. It’s important to review your insurance coverage before your first session. Nichole is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with a Master’s Degree (MSW) in Social Work. Most insurance plans offer coverage for social work; ensuring this is true for your plan is vital for your pocket.
