Meet Nichole

Nichole is a Registered Social Worker (MSW) with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW), bringing fifteen years of experience supporting individuals, families, and children.

As a trauma-focused therapist, Nichole’s approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and understanding. Together, you'll explore the deeper layers of your experiences and relationships, gently uncovering the emotional truths that may have been holding you back. With a calm, non-judgmental presence, Nichole creates a safe space for healing, empowering you to move toward the life you desire.

Nichole’s practice is informed by a deep understanding of the nervous system, integrating body-based techniques and psychoeducation to help you process trauma and release old wounds. She draws on attachment-focused therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Deep Brain Reorientation to facilitate lasting healing, allowing your natural capacity for growth and resilience to unfold.

Nichole works with those who are ready to embrace change and take courageous steps toward restoring their well-being. If you're looking for a compassionate guide to help you navigate your journey, Nichole is here to support you every step of the way.
